i’m both, actually. if i don’t go to the gym for long periods of time i freak out, and when i go there i do a lottt. i mean the most i can run is 2 miles on a good day but that can be after over a week of not exercising. at school i usually go 3 times a week. and yeah if i’m not at the gym, i am on the couch. like right now.
